Anti‑Corruption, Ethics, and Compliance Policy

LK Davis Consulting maintains a strict commitment to lawful, ethical, and transparent business practices in all jurisdictions in which we operate. The Company prohibits all forms of bribery, corruption, improper payments, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or any transfer of value intended to obtain an improper business advantage. This prohibition applies to interactions with both private‑sector parties and any Government Officials, as defined under applicable law.

The Company does not authorize or permit the payment of commissions, gifts, entertainment, travel, or other benefits unless such items are lawful, reasonable, properly recorded, and directly related to legitimate business purposes. All employees, contractors, and representatives are required to comply with these standards and to report any suspected violation immediately.
